- Two people, and the checklist below in the same order every visit, so the last room gets the same attention as the first.
- You do not need to be in. Leave a door code or a key arrangement in the booking notes.
- All products and equipment come with us, and the detergents are biodegradable.

Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash scrubbed, disinfected, wiped streak-free
- Sink scrubbed and disinfected, metal fixtures polished
- Microwave cleaned and disinfected inside and out
- Stove top scrubbed, degreased and disinfected
- Fridge, toaster and cabinet exteriors wiped down
- Dishwasher loaded and run, or emptied
Living areas and bedrooms
- Reachable surfaces dusted and damp-wiped
- Beds made, linens changed if a clean set is left out
- Electronics dry-dusted, keyboards disinfected
- Shelving wiped down, chairs tucked in, rooms neatened
Every room
- Hard floors swept and mopped, including under movable furniture
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed, including under movable furniture
- Doors and handles wiped with disinfectant

$175 is a starting price. A bigger job, or one in worse shape, costs more, and you will have the exact number before we start. Minimum job $100.

Before you book
Is a standard clean enough for a first visit?
Usually not, if it has been more than a couple of months. A standard clean does not cover baseboards, inside appliances or anything behind furniture, so on a house that has not had one in a while it runs out of time before it runs out of rooms. Book the deep clean once, then move to a standard repeat.
What if my house is bigger than average?
Price goes by bedrooms and bathrooms, and you set both in the booking flow. The number you see already accounts for the size, so a five-bed is not quoted at a three-bed rate and corrected later.
Do you change the sheets?
Beds are made, and linens are changed if you leave fresh sets out. If you want the old ones washed and folded too, that is a per-load add-on run on your machines.
Are you insured?
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the door. Lunova is new and general liability cover is being put in place — until it is, we are not taking work that requires a certificate of insurance, and we will tell you before you book if that affects your job. Everything else on this site stands: flat-rate pricing confirmed before we start, nothing charged at booking, and The Lunova Redo if the work is not right.
