$100 is a starting price. A bigger job, or one in worse shape, costs more, and you will have the exact number before we start. Minimum job $100.

Before you book
What if the last guest left damage?
You get a photo and a message before we finish, not a line on an invoice afterwards. We clean what can be cleaned and flag what cannot, while there is still time for you to do something about it.
Do you supply the consumables?
We restock what you leave for us. We do not buy supplies and bill them on, because a markup on toilet roll is not a business worth running.
Can you handle two changeovers in a day?
Sometimes, and it depends entirely on where the two properties are. Ask before you count on it. Two people and one truck is a real constraint and we would rather say no in advance than late on the day.
Are you insured?
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the door. Lunova is new and general liability cover is being put in place — until it is, we are not taking work that requires a certificate of insurance, and we will tell you before you book if that affects your job. Everything else on this site stands: flat-rate pricing confirmed before we start, nothing charged at booking, and The Lunova Redo if the work is not right.
