What it covers
- Anything on the checklist for the package you booked that was missed or not done properly.
- A room, a surface or a panel you are not happy with, whether or not you can say exactly why.
- Work that did not last as long as we said it would, within the window we gave you for it.
What it does not
- Work that was never in the package. If it was not on the checklist it was not in the price, and adding it now is a new job rather than a redo.
- Things we told you before starting might not come out. Set-in dye, bleach, years of smoke and internally fogged headlights all get flagged up front rather than after.
- Damage or loss. That is what insurance is for, and Lunova does not carry a liability policy yet. We say so plainly rather than letting a guarantee imply cover that is not there.
- Normal use after we leave. A house lived in for three weeks is not a failed clean.
How to use it

Tell us within 24 hours
Text, call or email. A photo helps and is not required. The window is 24 hours from when we finish, because that is how long it stays possible to tell our work from ordinary use.

We answer the same day
You get a real answer from one of the two people who did the job, not a ticket number and not a call centre.

We come back and fix it
At the next slot that suits you. There is no charge, no re-quote and nothing to argue about, and you do not have to be there for it.
Are you insured?
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the door. Lunova is new and general liability cover is being put in place — until it is, we are not taking work that requires a certificate of insurance, and we will tell you before you book if that affects your job. Everything else on this site stands: flat-rate pricing confirmed before we start, nothing charged at booking, and The Lunova Redo if the work is not right.
