What happens
- Five to eight hours, and it is the longest job we sell. An empty house cleans properly; a half-packed one does not, so book it after the movers rather than around them.
- Tell us your closing or lease-end date in the booking notes and we will work backward from it.
- Inside kitchen cabinets is normally a paid add-on. On a move-out it is included.

$390 is a starting price. A bigger job, or one in worse shape, costs more, and you will have the exact number before we start. Minimum job $100.

Before you book
What if the letting agent has their own checklist?
Send it in the booking notes. If there is something on it we do not do, you will hear which items before the day rather than after the inspection.
Are carpets included?
Carpet extraction is a separate add-on priced per room rather than part of the package. On a move-out it is usually the thing that decides the deposit, so it is worth adding.
Can you clean it the same day I hand the keys over?
We would rather you left a day. If we find something that needs a second pass on handover day there is no time left to do it, and a day of margin is worth more than the convenience.
Are you insured?
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the door. Lunova is new and general liability cover is being put in place — until it is, we are not taking work that requires a certificate of insurance, and we will tell you before you book if that affects your job. Everything else on this site stands: flat-rate pricing confirmed before we start, nothing charged at booking, and The Lunova Redo if the work is not right.
