Before you book
Which tier do I need?
If you can see hair on the seats and the carpet, standard. If the car is where a shedding breed rides every day and the hair is woven into the carpet rather than lying on it, heavy. Ask us if you are not sure, with a photo if you can — we would rather quote it right than work it out in your driveway.
Is it not already in the interior detail?
Vacuuming is included in every interior job we do. Embedded hair is the part vacuuming does not solve, so it is separate. Nobody without a dog should be paying for it in their base price.
Will the smell go too?
The interior detail includes an odour neutraliser, and the extractor pulls a lot out of the fabric with the hair. A car a dog has lived in for years will usually keep some of it, and we would rather tell you that now.
Are you insured?
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the door. Lunova is new and general liability cover is being put in place — until it is, we are not taking work that requires a certificate of insurance, and we will tell you before you book if that affects your job. Everything else on this site stands: flat-rate pricing confirmed before we start, nothing charged at booking, and The Lunova Redo if the work is not right.
