Before you book
How long does it last?
The UV seal decides it. Expect a couple of years on a car that lives outside and longer under cover. It is not permanent: the plastic starts oxidising again as soon as the seal wears, and anyone promising otherwise is describing a different product.
Will it work on every headlight?
No. If the haze is on the inside of the lens, or the housing has cracked and taken on water, sanding the outside does nothing at all. Send a photo when you book and we will tell you which one you have before you pay for it.
Can I have it done on its own?
It is priced as an add-on to a wash or a detail, because a trip across the metro for one twenty-minute job costs more than the job earns. Attach it to anything on the menu and it goes on the same visit.
Are you insured?
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the door. Lunova is new and general liability cover is being put in place — until it is, we are not taking work that requires a certificate of insurance, and we will tell you before you book if that affects your job.
